As a former “try anything to lose weight and get a six pack gal,” I’ve done everything from the paleo diet to going vegan and everything in between. I juiced and detoxed, cleansed and supplemented, no carbs and lots of carbs. But now I just eat. And I’ve never felt better, EVER!
Eating healthy and losing weight is not complicated. It does not have to feel hard. And it surely isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. My nutrition changes daily, seasonally, socially, and I’m okay with that because I have the experience and self-awareness to know what my body needs (and doesn’t need!). So I am free to just be, and EAT, without guilt, punishment, deprivation or strict routines.
I want to help others like myself break the dieting cycle forever. I want to help them stop depriving themselves and start filling themselves up. To stop counting, punishing, overthinking, obsessing and feeling guilty and to start feeling, celebrating, enjoying, simplifying and bringing more onto their plates — and life. I want to help people stop dieting and start eating in a way that makes them feel good.
Because when you feel good, you do good. And when you do good, you break the unhealthy habits that can lead to weight gain, depression/anxiety, guilt, unhealthy obsessions, digestive disorders, skin issues, sleep disruptions and more.
